Pipe connection

1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting before applying the adhesive for a secure bond.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise assembly.
3. Apply adhesive meticulously: start with the socket, then the pipe, ensuring even and adequate coverage.
4. Align the components perfectly, insert to the marked point, and rotate a quarter turn for a firm connection.
5. Clean any excess adhesive around the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint is fully cured, ensuring maximum stability.
★ Follow these essential guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to non-operational personnel.
2. Maintain a flame-free work area with adequate ventilation around the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat adhesive areas.
4. Equip workers with gloves, and in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely according to measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Groove the socket end with precision, achieving a 15°-30° angle for optimal adhesive application. The groove should be 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Ensure the removal of debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After forming the socket connection, diligently clean any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent, like acetone. Allow the joint to cure statically, adjusting the time according to adhesive properties and weather conditions, especially extending during winter.
