Pipe connection
★ Main Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Flange or transition pipe connections are suitable for linking metal pipes and pipeline accessories.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Thoroughly clean the dirt from the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth carefully.
2. Remove the surface layer by scraping gently.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings over the pipe, ensuring it stays straight and on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electric welding, ensuring a visible small melt ejection from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric melting process.
