Pipe connection
★ For optimal results, adhere strictly to the following pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly prior to bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe socket.
4. Align the direction precisely, insert to the marked point in one motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to ensure a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Ensure adhesive safety by following these essential guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents sparingly; non-operators should refrain from use.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points and ensure good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse with abundant water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each fitting. Opt for fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines to ensure smooth cuts without deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring the groove is at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clean any debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After securing the socket, gently clean off excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive specifications and climate conditions, extending curing time during winter as needed.
