Pipe connection
★ The primary connection methods of the pipeline are devised as follows:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, it is advisable to utilize hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for enhanced performance.
3. When integrating with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe connection can be employed successfully.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning any dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis to prepare the surface for a secure connection.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the alignment remains straight and on the same axis for a perfect fit.
4. Execute the electrical welding: A small amount of melt should be observed ejecting from the designated hole.
5. Allow the component to cool as the electric melting process is completed, ensuring a durable and lasting connection.
