Pipe connection
★ Ensure perfect pipe socket connections by adhering to these precise steps:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding to ensure effective adhesion.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly; coat the socket first, followed by the socket, ensuring even coverage.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marked section with a single, smooth motion while rotating it 1/4 turn.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean and effective connection.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring robustness.
★ Adhere to these crucial guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain an open flame-free zone at the bonding site, ensuring good ventilation at all times.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length by layer, based on precise measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean, deformation-free cuts. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring it is at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear debris post-grooving for optimal adhesion.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, remove excess adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth lightly dipped in acetone. Allow curing time based on adhesive performance and climate, extending duration for winter builds.
