Pipe Connection Methods
★Main Pipeline Connection Techniques:
1.For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2.For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3.Connections with metal pipes and pipeline accessories can utilize flange or transition pipe connections.
★Electrofusion Connection Process
1.Clean the pipes' surfaces to be joined and accurately mark the insertion depth.
2.Gently scrape the surface layer of the pipes.
3.Align the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipes, ensuring they remain straight and on the same axis.
4.Initiate electrical welding; observe for slight melt ejection for confirmation.
5.Allow cooling to complete the electrical fusion process.
