Pipe Connection
★ Follow these precise steps for pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure pipe and fitting sockets are clean before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, covering the socket first, followed by the pipe port.
4. Align correctly, insert into the marked position with precision, then rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Stand the bonded pipe until the interface sets completely.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents.
2. Ensure no open flames near the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use open flames to heat adhesive points.
4. Wear protective gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines, ensuring flat cuts without deformation. File the socket's edge to a 15°-30° groove if needed, with a groove depth of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-groove.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton or dry cloth moistened with mild detergent like acetone. Allow to set according to adhesive performance and climate. In winter, extend curing time appropriately.
