Pipe connection
★ Ensure secure pipe socket connections by following these precise steps:
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, first to the socket, then to the pipe, ensuring an even coating.
4. Align the components accurately, insert them to the marked depth in one motion, and twist 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting use to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free, well-ventilated environment at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and do not apply fire to adhesive points.
4. Equip workers with gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on layer-specific measurements and connected fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure clean, flat cuts without section deformation. File socket ends to a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth moistened with a detergent like acetone after socket connection. Allow static curing in accordance with adhesive properties and climate. Extend curing time in winter conditions.
