Pipe Connection
★ Key Pipeline Connection Methods Include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. For metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surface and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and that it remains straight.
4. During welding, observe the slight ejection of melt from the observation hole.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
