Pipe connection
★ Key pipeline connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. Metal pipes and pipeline accessories can be connected using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Clean any debris from the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth clearly.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's outer layer.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings over the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Apply electrical welding, checking for a slight melt ejection from the observation hole.
5. Allow it to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
