Pipe Connection
★ Follow these meticulous steps for a secure pipe socket connection:
1. Start by thoroughly cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding.
2. Carefully measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive with care, first to the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate coat.
4. Align correctly, insert into the marked area in one smooth motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for best results.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is completely cured.
★ Ensure safe adhesive use by adhering to these pivotal guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners as needed, restricting access to non-operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free zone at bonding sites, ensuring optimal ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC. Never use fire to hasten adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical help.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely for each layer based on accurate measurements and connected pipe dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, and cutting machines for precision. Ensure clean cuts with no section deformation. Groove the socket end with a medium file to a 15°-30° angle, with length not less than 3mm, and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure statically based on adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time in winter conditions.
