Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connection end faces of pipes and fittings. Ensure the pipe is properly threaded into the joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine for heating the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ After reaching the required heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Insert straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a seamless connection as pipes and fittings melt into a perfect match.
