Pipe Connection Guidelines
★ For secure pipe socket connections, adhere to the following meticulous procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure the pipe and fitting sockets are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply the adhesive first to the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring an even and adequate coating.
4. Align accurately, insert promptly into the marked section, and execute a 1/4 turn rotation for optimal fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket immediately.
6. Stand the bonded pipe upright until the interface is fully cured, ensuring integrity.
★ Adhere to the following safety provisions when using adhesives:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously. Non-operators are prohibited from handling.
2. Maintain a flame-free and well-ventilated environment at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction under -10ºC, and do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Comprehensive Installation Instructions
Precision Sawing and Grooving:
Determine pipe length meticulously, layer by layer, based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure flat fractures with no deformation. Groove the socket area with a medium board file at a 15°-30° angle, ensuring groove length is no less than 3mm and thickness is 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Post-grooving, meticulously clear away debris.
Protection for Sockets:
Post-connection, gently clean extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a detergent such as acetone. Allow to cure according to adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time appropriately in winter conditions for optimal results.
