Pipe connection
★ Ensure precision with pipe socket connections by strictly following these guidelines:
1.Wipe the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket clean thoroughly before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise connections.
3. Evenly apply adhesive, beginning with the socket and then the pipe fitting, ensuring complete coverage.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked area, rotating by 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimal results.
★ Adhere to the following safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1.Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; unauthorized personnel should not handle them.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and do not apply heat directly to the adhesive point.
4. Workers should wear gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe length based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for smooth, even cuts without deformation. File the socket section into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring the groove depth is 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clean away debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After connecting, gently clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth using a mild solvent like acetone. Allow the bond to cure according to adhesive performance and weather conditions, extending curing time during winter.
