3. For connecting metal pipes and other accessories, use flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the necessary insertion depth for precise alignment.
2. Scrape the pipe's surface carefully to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal connection.
4. Conduct the electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejecting from the hole to indicate proper welding.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
