Product Application Range
★ Ideal for hot and cold water pipe systems.
★ Suitable for heating systems, including floor, wall, and radiant heating systems.
★ Perfect for pure water piping systems.

Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover to prepare for connection.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings, and insert in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding for added security.
★ The pipes and fittings melt into a single, cohesive unit, creating a seamless and perfect match.
