Pipe Connection
★ Primary Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Procedure:
1. Clean the pipe surface and mark the insertion depth accurately.
2. Remove any outer layer by scraping.
3. Position the electrofusion fittings on the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for slight melt extrusion from the designated hole.
5. Allow to cool; the electric fusion process is complete.
