Product Application Range
Our HDPE fittings are ideal for municipal water supply systems, building and residential area water supply systems, buried water supply systems in factory areas, as well as industrial and water treatment pipeline systems, among others.
Pipe Connection
★ The pipeline's primary connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, it is best to use hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection;
3. For connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe connection is recommended.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean and mark the insertion depth on the pipes to be connected.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer of the pipes.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipes, ensuring alignment and maintaining a straight axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding; ensure a slight melt extrusion is visible for observation.
5. Allow time for cooling; the electrofusion process will then be complete.
