Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, adhering to the technical parameters of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipe and fittings, insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, put on the pipe joint cover.
★ Achieve a perfect match as the pipes and fittings meld into a single seamless unit.
