Pipe Connection
★ Ensure precision by following these strict procedures for pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe and fitting sockets before application of bonding agents.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port for exact placement.
3. Apply adhesive generously and evenly, beginning with the socket, followed by the fitting.
4. Align accurately, insert to the marked area in a single motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for secure attachment.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Position the bonded pipe upright until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety provisions for the secure use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners only as needed; restrict access to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with good ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC, and refrain from fire-based drying methods.
4. Equip construction teams with protective gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine saw pipe lengths based on precise measurements of each pipe fitting layer. Utilize fine-toothed saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision cutting. Ensure clean, flat cuts free from deformation. Create a 15°-30° groove at the socket using a medium board file, with a length of no less than 3mm and a groove thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear away debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
Clean the socket post-connection by removing excess adhesive with a dry cloth or cotton yarn dipped in mild detergents like acetone. Allow the interface to cure statically, adjusting curing time as needed for winter or based on adhesive performance and climate conditions.
