Pipe connection
★ The main connection methods of the pipeline are:
1. When dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection, ensuring a secure and efficient setup;
2. When dn≥75, it is advisable to adopt hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection, optimizing for larger sizes;
3. For connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, consider using flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the dirt on the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth for precision.
2. Scrape the epidermis gently.
3. Sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, maintaining straight alignment and consistent axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, ensuring a small melt is ejected from the hole as a visible sign of proper fusion.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric melting process, finalizing the secure connection.
