Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
