Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, we recommend hot melt butt or electrofusion connections.
3. When joining metal pipes and accessories, consider using flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Start by cleaning any dirt on the pipes and marking the necessary insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape off the epidermis of the pipes.
3. Align and fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipes, ensuring they stay straight and on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electric welding, observing for slight melt extrusion as an indicator of progress.
5. Allow for cooling to complete the electric melting process.
