Pipe connection
★ Strict adherence to the following procedures is essential for pipe socket connections:
1. Clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Measure socket depth and mark the pipe accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive first to the socket, then the pipe, ensuring an even and adequate coating.
4. Align direction, insert neatly into the marked section, and rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured.
★ Safe adhesive use requires adherence to these provisions:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners strictly as needed. Unauthorized personnel should not handle them.
2. Ensure no open flame near bonding points and maintain excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC, and do not use fire to cure adhesive points.
4. Use gloves during construction. If adhesive contacts eyes, flush with water promptly and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Tailor the saw pipe length based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure a flat fracture without deformation. File the socket area for gluing into a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton or dry cloth using a bit of detergent like acetone. Let the setup cure statically according to adhesive properties and climate conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction.
