Pipe Connection
★ Follow these precise steps for pipe socket connection:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first on the socket and then on the pipe fitting socket.
4. Align the direction, insert to the marked depth, and rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Let the bonded pipe stand until the interface fully cures.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; restrict access to non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to speed up curing.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure cuts are flat without deformities. File the socket section to a 15°-30° groove, no less than 3mm, with a depth of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in detergent like acetone. Allow to stand until cured, extending the curing time during winter as needed.
