3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, opt for flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the necessary insertion depth for precise alignment.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal connection.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, ensuring a slight melt ejects from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
