Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting faces of pipes and fittings, then insert the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Heat pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine, adhering to technical heating parameters.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, remove and insert the pipe and fittings immediately and evenly to the marked depth without rotating, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Following welding, place the pipe joint cover securely.
★ Achieve a flawless match as pipes and fittings melt into a unified structure.
