Pipe connection
★ The predominant methods for pipeline connection are as follows:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connections or electrofusion connections.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt connections or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. To connect with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surface and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's epidermis to prepare it for fusion.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. During the electrical welding process, observe for a slight melt ejection from the hole as an indicator.
5. Allow the weld to cool, marking the completion of the electric melting process.
