2. For pipe sizes dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, utilize flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Steps:
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth with precision.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's outer layer to ensure a clean connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, allowing a small amount of melt to be visible as an indicator.
5. Complete the process by cooling, indicating the successful completion of the electrofusion.
