Pipe Connection
★ Ensure a secure pipe socket connection by diligently following these precise procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly.
2. Accurately measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket followed by the pipe socket, ensuring uniform and appropriate coverage.
4. Align directions carefully, insert to the marked depth in one go, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring durability.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Limit adhesive and cleaning agent use to necessary amounts, prohibiting non-operators from using them.
2. Maintain good ventilation and ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, flush with plenty of water immediately and seek hospital treatment.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for smooth, deformation-free cuts. For the socket to be glued, file into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, ensuring it's at least 3mm long and depth is 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, use cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a bit of detergent like acetone to clean any extruded adhesive. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter to ensure optimal results.
