Pipe Connection
★ Follow these meticulously crafted procedures for a secure pipe socket connection:
1. Carefully clean both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket before bonding for a flawless connection.
2. Precisely measure the depth of the socket and mark the pipe port to ensure accuracy.
3. Apply adhesive: First coat the socket, then the pipe fitting. Ensure the coating is even and just right.
4. Align the components correctly, insert them accurately into the marked spot, and twist a quarter turn for secure bonding.
5. Neatly remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured for optimal results.
★ Adhere to these essential safety guidelines for adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting usage to trained personnel only.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site, and maintain good ventilation at all times.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry the adhesive point.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length with precision, layer by layer, based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Choose fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure the fracture is smooth, without deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Remove debris after grooving for a clean finish.
Socket Protection:
After securing the socket connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a touch of detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure based on adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time for winter construction as necessary to ensure durability.
