Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods for Pipelines:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Metal pipe and pipeline accessory connections can utilize flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe to be connected, marking the insertion depth accurately.
2. Scrape the pipe's surface layer for optimal connection.
3. Securely sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring both remain straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight ejection of melt from the observation hole as an indication of progress.
5. Allow cooling, completing the electric fusion process efficiently.
