Pipe connection
★Primary Connection Techniques:
1. For dn≤63, utilize the hot melt socket or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended for superior performance.
3. Flange or transition pipe connections are suitable for interfacing with metal pipes and accessories.
★Electrofusion Connection Procedure:
1. Begin by cleaning the target pipe and marking the necessary insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings securely onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis.
4. Proceed with the welding process, noting that a small amount of melt should be visible as it exits the observation hole.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, completing the electric fusion process.
