Pipe connection
★ Ensure reliable pipe socket connections by adhering to these meticulous procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before commencing bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive, coating the socket first, followed by the socket, ensuring an even and appropriate layer.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked area in one motion, and twist 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean off any residual adhesive from the socket for a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; restrict usage to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points and ensure adequate ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Construction staff should wear gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for accuracy. Ensure cuts are flat with no sectional deformation. For socket gluing, file a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. Grooves should not be less than 3mm long, with a depth of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a mild solvent like acetone. Let it stand until the interface sets based on adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time appropriately in winter.
