Pipe connection
★ Adhere rigorously to the following procedures for pipe socket connections:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure that both the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive meticulously, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe. Ensure an even and adequate coating is achieved.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked section, completing with a 1/4 turn for optimal bonding.
5. Remove any residual adhesive from the socket to maintain cleanliness.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand securely until the interface is fully cured.
★ Ensure the safe use of adhesives by following these guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment near bonding points, with excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves and immediately flush eyes with water if adhesive contact occurs. Seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length per layer based on accurate measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure a flat fracture without deformation. File the socket's glue section into a 15°-30° groove, maintaining a length of no less than 3mm and a thickness between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe wall. After grooving, eliminate debris thoroughly.
Socket protection:
Once connected, cleanse the excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly dipped in detergent like acetone. Allow the connection to cure, accounting for adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time in winter for optimal results.
