Pipe Connection
★ Ensure precise marking of the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean connection end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ After heating, promptly remove the pipes and fittings, then insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Post-welding, fit the pipe joint cover.
★ Pipes and fittings melt into a seamless unit, ensuring a perfect match and robust connection.
