Pipe connection
★Primary connection methods:
1.For diameters dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2.For diameters dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections.
3.For linking with metal pipes and accessories, employ flange or transition pipe connections.
★Electrofusion connection
1.Begin by cleaning the dirt from the pipe to be connected and mark the appropriate insertion depth.
2.Proceed by scraping the surface epidermis clean.
3.Next, sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4.Electrically weld, ensuring a small amount of melt is visible ejected from the observation hole.
5.Finally, allow for cooling—your electric melting process is complete.
