★ Main Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, select hot melt socket or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, it is best to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connection.
3. Connections to metal pipes and accessories can be achieved using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Method
1. Clean the pipe surface and mark the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe epidermis for optimal connection quality.
3. Secure the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, aligning it perfectly on the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, ensuring a slight melt is visibly ejected for observation.
5. Allow for cooling to complete the electric melting process.
