Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, accurately mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end to ensure precise connections.
★ Thoroughly clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Then, securely thread the pipe into the joint cover to prepare for seamless connection.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to expertly heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine for optimal results.
★ Once the ideal heating time is reached, promptly remove and insert the pipe and fittings simultaneously, without rotation, to the marked depth. This technique ensures a flawless, uniform flange at the joint.
