Pipe connection
★ The primary methods for connecting pipelines are:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, utilize hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection;
3. When connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe connection is recommended.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipes to be connected and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipes.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned.
4. Engage in electrical welding, observing for a slight ejection of melt from the designated hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric melting process efficiently.
