Pipe Connection
★ Ensure precise pipe socket connections by following these meticulous procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, meticulously clean both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and appropriately mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, ensuring even and adequate coverage.
4. Align accurately, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, and rotate by a quarter turn.
5. Carefully remove any adhesive residue within the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these essential safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents strictly as needed, restricting access to non-operators.
2. Ensure good ventilation and avoid open flames near bonding points.
3. Avoid conducting bonding procedures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts without deformation. File the adhesive socket into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring the groove length is at least 3mm, and its thickness is 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
After connecting, clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow time for curing based on adhesive properties and climate conditions, extending curing duration for winter construction.
