Pipe Connection
★ Ensure a reliable pipe socket connection by following these meticulous procedures:
1. Begin with clean surfaces; thoroughly wipe both the pipe and fitting sockets before bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark it on the pipe to ensure precise assembly.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting from the socket and extending to the pipe fitting, ensuring an even coat.
4. Carefully align and insert, ensuring a firm connection by rotating a quarter turn to secure the bond.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket promptly for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the adhesive fully cures, ensuring a strong and lasting connection.
★ Adhere to these crucial safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain safety by avoiding open flames near bonding areas and ensuring excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and do not apply direct heat to adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves and, in case of contact with eyes, flush with water immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine pipe lengths carefully to fit each level and connection. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure no deformation and file the socket end to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring it is debris-free before bonding.
Socket Protection:
After connecting, clean any extruded adhesive with a cotton cloth dampened in acetone. Allow the connection to cure based on adhesive and climate, extending time in colder conditions.
