Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, use hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. When connecting to metal pipes and components, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process:
1. Clean the pipe section to be connected and mark the insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Scrape the outer layer of the pipe to ensure a clean surface.
3. Slide the electrofusion fitting onto the pipe, keeping it aligned and straight.
4. Perform the welding; a slight melt should be visible from the observation hole.
5. Allow the joint to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
