Pipe connection
★ The primary pipeline connection methods include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal and secure results.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, it is advisable to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure secure and durable fittings.
3. For connections with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, opt for flange connections or transition pipe connections to ensure superior compatibility and performance.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by thoroughly cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the necessary insertion depth for precise fitting.
2. Next, carefully scrape the pipe’s surface to prepare it for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for an optimal connection.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejecting from the hole, which indicates proper welding.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
