Pipe connection
★ Before connecting, mark the socket depth on the insertion end of the pipe to ensure precision.
★ Clean the ends of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover with care.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat both pipes and fittings to the specified parameters, ensuring technical alignment with the hot melt machine's requirements.
★ After the heating duration, swiftly remove and insert the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, creating a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Securely attach the pipe joint cover following the welding process.
