Pipe connection
★ The primary methods of pipeline connection are:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are advisable.
3. Connect metal pipes and accessories using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth accurately.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface layer.
3. Slide the electrofusion fitting over the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis for precision.
4. Proceed with the welding process, observing for a slight melt ejection as an indicator.
5. Allow the system to cool, marking the completion of the electric melting process.
