Pipe connection
★ Ensure a precise and secure pipe socket connection by diligently following these steps:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and proceeding to the pipe fitting, ensuring a smooth and consistent coating.
4. Carefully align the direction for insertion, push into the marked section in one motion, and rotate by a quarter turn.
5. Quickly remove any excess adhesive from the socket to ensure a clean finish.
6. Stand the bonded pipe vertically until the interface is fully cured for optimal results.
★ Follow these essential guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners only as needed, and restrict access to non-operating personnel.
2. Maintain a flame-free bonding area and ensure proper ventilation throughout the process.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC; do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer, using precision measurements and connecting fittings' dimensions. Opt for a fine tooth saw, cutter, or pipe cutting machine to achieve a flat, deformation-free section. File the socket to be glued into a 15°-30° groove, with a length not less than 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean off excess adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow to cure static based on adhesive performance and weather conditions; extend curing time during winter construction.
