Pipe connection
★ Ensure optimal pipe socket connections by following these meticulous guidelines:
1. Prior to bonding, meticulously clean both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket to ensure a secure connection.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and mark the corresponding pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive thoroughly, starting with the socket and then moving to the pipe, ensuring a uniform coat for optimal adhesion.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked position, twisting 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean and professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has fully cured.
★ For safe adhesive usage, adhere to the following essential safety measures:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with ample ventilation to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive spots.
4. Equip personnel with gloves and ensure immediate eye irrigation and hospital referral if adhesive contact occurs.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length with precision based on layers and fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts without deformation. Socket areas should be carefully grooved at a 15°-30° angle, ensuring debris is cleared for optimal bonding.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with acetone-soaked cotton or dry cloth. Allow the interface to cure undisturbed, adjusting for climate conditions. In winter, extend the curing period for assured quality.
