Pipe connection
★ The primary connection techniques for our pipeline systems are as follows:
1. For diameters dn≤63, employ either hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
2. For diameters dn≥75, the recommended methods are hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to maintain integrity.
3. When interfacing with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange connections or transition pipe connections are ideal.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surfaces to be connected and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Scrape the outer layer of the pipe for optimal adhesion.
3. Fit the electrofusion fittings over the pipe, ensuring alignment and straightness along the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electric weld; a slight emission of melt from the observation hole confirms proper fusion.
5. Allow the connection to cool, signifying the completion of the electric melting process, ensuring a solid bond.
