Pipe connection
★ The primary methods for connecting our pipelines include:
1. For pipe sizes dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For pipe sizes dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. When connecting to metal pipes and accessories, flange connection or transition pipe connection is the preferred method.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by cleaning the pipe surface to be connected and marking the required insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis for optimal connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight ejection of melt from the designated hole as an indicator.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electric melting process and securing a firm, reliable bond.
